Royalty inhabit the castle which is festively decorated with things found on this very island. The castle is heavily guarded but allows for commoners to visit on occasion with reason. The tips of the castle resemble spiraled shells.

Belsay is big on festivities to bring together its citizens which is why its capital has a large area where festivals and feasts are often held. The most popular festive party Belsay holds is the fish feast when the fish are plentiful. They also frequently hold festivals celebrating and honoring the island's deity.
